ndisgtk updated

I've uploaded a new version of ndisgtk to http://www.users.on.net/~spohlenz/ubuntu/ndisgtk_0.3-1_all.deb.

Changes include:
* It should now work on all architectures (packaging issue)
* Help buttons removed for now (are they necessary?)
* Modules automatically set to load on bootup
* Menu icon in System->Administration->Windows Wireless Drivers

  • Hey when I try to use ndisgtk it says Unknown id:ndisgtk. I also get this when I try to use just ndiswrapper too. Any idea? I googled it and couldn't find anything

  • I downloaded the latest version, and installed it. When I tried to run it, it came out with an error of:
    "X Error: BadDevice, invalid or uninitialized input device 167

    AttributeError:'NoneType' object has no attribute 'group'" I had to modify the output error, because your blog thought that the (<>) were tags. I replaced them with parentheses.

  • Under Kubuntu 10.10

    I try to use the ndisgtk and in Package Installer, under status it says.

    Status: Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: ndiswrapper-utils.

    Can you help me?
